tHE KINSHIP Prgram
EMPOWERING SUCCESS TOGETHER
The program is specifically designed to support current and former foster care youth, as well as low-income youth facing significant barriers to education, training and employment opportunities.

What is the KINSHIP Program?
Our program is built on the foundation of empowering individuals and helping them unlock their full potential.
We understand that each person is unique and has their own dreams and aspirations. Youth receive personalized support and workforce development training, tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Hundreds of youth have come through our doors and spend months , hands-on, learning how to assist clients, thrive in business environments, and develop their soft skills in a real work environment.
Innovation-driven Learning
We immerse our youth in advanced technology and behind the scenes knowledge across multiple industries and career paths.
Personalized Approach
We take a personalized approach to ensure that every individual receives tailored support and guidance. We continue to track our participants for up to 18 months, to ensure their continued success.
Career Placement
We utilize our advanced network of businesses, throughout our partner locations to find stable employment opportunities for our youth participants.
Why We operate this program
A Story From Our Founder
I know firsthand the power a community focused program has on the outcome of youth. I am a product of one.
When I was in my early teens, I entered a community program called the Real-World Job Development Program. They provided me stability for the first time, before I entered foster care.
The impact the program had on me is indescribable. It was catered to my needs, my dreams, and provided me a path to heal and overcome my traumas.
Now, 20 years later, my organization now provides internships, mentorships, job placements, and workforce development training through multiple community organizations, in which we serve hundreds of foster youths each year – to ensure their future is just as possible.
